What is the mailing list?
Sign up to hear about special discounted price bookings of a specific theme. This is something I used to offer years ago and I'm bringing it back. Everything on the list is priced below my standard rates, and you can see the full range of what I offer in the activities directory.
Rather than waiting for a client to tell me what they'd like, I occasionally offer something I'm in the mood for on a day I have no bookings scheduled. Anyone on the mailing list for that activity gets the chance to book at a discounted rate. Offers are usually brief, short-notice meets at a significant discount for a very specific type of booking, but ultimately the offer can be anything I choose.
For example, one I used to run often was a watersports day. A lot of my clients enjoy watersports. Watersports, for context, refers to golden showers. Since it's something you can realistically only do once every half hour, it's expensive if that's your only interest. Instead of paying my standard half-hour rate of £110, I would offer clients the chance to come and go for around 10 minutes for £25. Arrive, strip, get in the shower, receive a golden shower, have an actual shower, head home. Offers like that are always short, so they suit anyone who can move quickly; the availability checker is the fastest way to see whether a day works for you.
What will you actually send me, and how often?
Nothing indiscreet will ever be sent to you unexpectedly. Select the types of booking you're interested in and I'll only contact you when something relevant comes up. If what you really want is to hear when I am visiting your part of the country, that is a separate list on the tours page. If I have an offer that might interest you, I'll send a message saying:
"Hi. You have a mailing list update from Spartan. Reply YES for more details, DELETE to be removed from the list, or simply ignore this message to skip the offer."
