Uk-wide established agency for female escorts, webcam models and porn producers
Temporarily, I'm hosting a mini site for my agency AWEC on my personal website. I run the back end of the group, the financial systems and take part in the content share programme, but I am not directly involved in management.
We're an established agency set up in 2012, currently helping over 50 adult workers manage and develop their businesses. We use the adultwork platform, with several groups, each headed by a different manager. Our managers are all female and are well established in the industry themselves. As an example, one of our groups with a few hundred feedbacks between it's members can be seen here.
We're experiencing temporary issues with our main marketing site 'awec.agency'. In the meantime, we're hosting ourselves here with this very basic informational page in the meantime, until we can fix it. As a result, we're not currently taking online signup forms. Following is a basic overview of how we work and what we do:
Escorts
We provide clients to our escorts by way of comprehensive online management. Marketing, communication and diary management, personal safety checks, deposit holding service and client safety/report screening using a range of methods.
Whilst we facilitate the introduction, what services you provide to clients is at your discretion and between you and them. You remain your own boss.
You may host from your own property or hotel, visit clients at their homes or if you wish to work in Manchester, we have a few apartments there which are available to use.
Our fee for escort management is 25%. There is no signup fee for setting your account up and helping you verify and build your profile. We only make money if you make money.
Webcam Models
We provide our models with an online webcam hosting platform and also super fast and easy payment facilitation, straight to your bank account.
You can sign in and out whenever you like and make money on a pay per minute, per client basis. Unlike most cam sites which depend on tips, no-one will ever get to see you for free. Pay is weekly, every Tuesday night and you can choose a minimum payment threshold between £30-£500 for payouts. Earnings vary wildly between models and especially for those with high paying regulars, but earnings for successful full time webcam models tends to float between £700-£1000 p/w.
We'll help you set up and verify your account and help you write a profile which will help you stand out from the competition.
Typically members of cam sites don't get paid for a few weeks after making a withdrawal, as cam sites tend to hold money for a while to protect against chargebacks. Our group members are paid every week straight away from our own account and we are reimbursed when your money clears in our account
Our fee for webcam models is 6%. There is no signup fee for setting your account up and helping you verify and build your profile. We only make money if you make money.
Porn Producers
We offer two types of services for porn producers.
Paid shoots on a day rate: As with any agency, for one-off porn shoot days, we pay an agreed day rate. The day rate will vary according to what types of content is being produced, who the model is and what their previous exposure in the industry has been. Travel and location will be provided. Typically we shoot amateur 'real' style porn and only host content for sale from our group site, not on the large porn websites.
Earnings can be paid in cash or by bank transfer for day shoots, depending on your preference.
Due to current legislation, all content producers will be required to sign a model disclaimer contract to confirm consent to filming and our usage of the content.
Content share: For escorts and webcam models, it's great marketing to shoot and host content with others in the industry who offer similar services to you. This is called content share and no money typically passes hands in this type of agreement. We have several males and females in the group, or who assist the group, who are always happy for the chance to do new CS shoots. We don't directly get involved in CS shoots or charge anything for arranging them, but if you let us know what you're looking for, we can put you in touch with suitable models you can team up with, and you can arrange it between yourselves.
